Terms of Service

LoubSMP provides multi-platform post scheduling and publishing, AI image, video, and audio generation, and analytics for the platform accounts you connect. AI generation shows a pre-spend USD estimate before you commit to a job, and enforces hard budget caps. When a batch or job hits its cap, generation halts — anything already generated up to that point is kept, and nothing further is charged. This is intended behavior, not a defect.

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity that happens under your account and organization.

• You must comply with each connected platform's own terms of service and developer policies when publishing through LoubSMP.
• No spam, unlawful content, or attempts to circumvent a connected platform's rules or rate limits.
• No using the service to generate content that infringes third-party rights or violates applicable law.

You are responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated (synthetic) media before it is published — the product requires this approval step before a synthetic asset can go live. Once published, you own responsibility for the content, including compliance with each destination platform's AI-disclosure requirements. Where LoubSMP applies an AI-disclosure label or C2PA credential to generated media, you must not remove or obscure it.

The free tier includes 3 brands and $5 of AI credit. Beyond that, AI generation is billed on a usage basis, metered through the per-request cost ledger shown in the product. Spend caps are on by default; you can adjust them, but generation will not exceed a cap you have set.

You retain ownership of the content you upload, create, and publish through LoubSMP. You grant us the license needed to store, process, and publish that content strictly on your instructions (for example, publishing a scheduled post to an account you connected).

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Scheduled publishing depends in part on the availability and rate limits of third-party platform APIs outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LoubSMP is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time (see our Data Deletion Instructions). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse connected platform APIs.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
