Data Deletion Instructions

You're in control of your data in LoubSMP. Here's exactly how to remove it, from a single connected account up to your entire organization.
1. Disconnect a social account
Go to Dashboard → Accounts, and disconnect the account. This immediately revokes and deletes the stored encrypted OAuth tokens for that account — no separate request needed.
2. Delete specific content or media
Go to the Library / Assets page in your dashboard and delete the draft, scheduled post, or media asset you no longer want stored.
3. Delete your entire account and organization data
Email privacy@loublab.com from the email address on the account and request deletion. We complete full account and organization deletion within 30 days, covering your profile data, brand and organization data, stored media, and encrypted credentials — except records we're required to retain for legal or financial compliance, which are kept no longer than required and then deleted.
4. Arrived here from Facebook / Meta?
If you followed Meta's "Data Deletion" link for an app connected to your Facebook, Instagram, or Threads account: connecting LoubSMP through Meta only creates the data described in our Privacy Policy (page/account identity, publishing permission, insights, and inbox comments). Steps 1 and 3 above remove all of it — disconnecting the account deletes the stored tokens immediately, and an account deletion request removes everything else within 30 days.
